Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited-edition nature of our collections, we currently do not offer refunds. 

We do accept exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. 

To qualify for an exchange:

    Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

    If at any time items are sold as a "bundle" all bundle pieces must be returned together (shirt, tie and bandana). 

    Items must include original tags/packaging when applicable 

Because our drops are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee the same pattern or size will be available for exchange.

If original pattern is sold out, store credit or exchange for another available pattern of equal value may be offered. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as  PupNThreads is not responsible for lost return packages.
